FEDERER WINS MADRID OPEN

It was federer from the start of the final against Rafael Nadal. Nadal was struggling a bit with the odd bounces and it seems to be a very good for Roger Federer and everything went on well. Roger Federer stopped the winning streak of Rafael Nadal on 33 victories. It was a bit easy finish for Roger as he won the match in straight sets 6-4, 6-4 on the Madrid open. Nadal feels that he can come back strongly in Paris and the environment and altitude is so different and difficult for Nadal to beat Roger Federer. Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal played 10 matches head to head on clay court but Roger wins only 2 so far and 8 of them won by Nadal. While in grass court Nadal won 1 match and 2 matches won by Federer. While in Hard court surface Nadal won 2 and roger won only 1.

Nadal lost only because of some the unforced errors he made during the match. Federer is also confident that Nadal will bounce back strongly in French Open. In women match Dinara Safina won against Caroline Wozniacki 6-2, 6-4 in the final on Madrid Open.
